WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME ON BRIDAL GOWNS RIGHT NOW WITH COVID-19?
Currently Bridal Gowns are taking 4-5 Months to arrive due to COVID-19. There are rush options available & also offer purchase of our in house stock. Please do not feel like it is too late to find your gown if your wedding date is close, we have options for everyone!
CAN I COME IN TO TRY ON BRIDAL GOWNS?
We would love to help you find your wedding gown during these trying times and ARE allowing Bridal & Bridesmaids gown try on's. We only ask that you do not come in if you are sick or experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.
AM I ALLOWED TO BRING GUESTS WITH ME?
You are welcome to bring guests during your bridal appointments. However, we are asking that you limit your guests to 4 or 5 people.
WHAT IF MY WEDDING HAS BEEN POSTPONED?
If your wedding has been postponed we encourage you to keep us updated with any new possible dates. We will keep in contact with you as everyone's situation is different.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF MY WEDDING HAS BEEN CANCELED/POSTPONED DUE TO COVID-19?
Unfortunately, Ladies & Gents has an All Sales are Final policy. We are more than happy to adjust any alteration plans that you may have had, and will work with you accordingly.
